Complimentary Shuttle Bus

We know that some of our guests don't have a car to get to our Inkster Junction Station and we might be able to help look after that.  Our shuttle bus when in service may pick you up at the Inn at the Forks in downtown Winnipeg or at the Clarion Hotel & Suites in Polo Park at no charge!  Please note that the bus will NOT be available during the Day Out With Thomas events.

Both are the hotels of choice for our guests!

After your enjoyable train ride and visits to Grosse Isle and Warren, and once you've had an opportunity to visit the Freight Shed for souvenirs and gifts, your driver will return you to the location of your choice where you can then have extensive access to the many transit routes offered by Winnipeg Transit.

Originally owned and operated by Beaver Bus Lines, in 2005 the bus was generously donated by President John Fehr.  An Orion I model, it seats 38, is powered by a Detroit Diesel 6V-53 and is coupled to an Allison 453 transmission.  Visit this site for more information about this bus and the history of buses in Manitoba and Saskatchewan!
