Diesel Locomotive 4138

Diesel Locomotive 4138 was built by the Electro-Motive Division of General Motors Diesel at La Grange, Illinois in November 1958 for the Grand Trunk Western Railroad, which is owned by Canadian National. It spent its career on the Grand Trunk until it was withdrawn from service. It was donated to the Society by Canadian National in August 2002. The Society refurbished 4138 and placed it in service in 2003.
