Tickets can also be obtained in person at any Ticketmaster™ outlet, with
specialized service at the
MTS Centre location in Winnipeg. Ticketmaster™ has several
retail locations throughout Winnipeg (plus one in Selkirk and one in
Brandon) that are ready and willing to assist you with your in-person
shopping.

following policies are designed to ensure your
satisfaction and

Dollars and
include GST. Several methods
of payment are accommodated for
online purchases:
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club
and
Sears Canada. Before purchasing
tickets, carefully review your
Event and your selection.
Exchanges or refunds after a ticket has
been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed
tickets are not
allowed. Tickets sent
via Canada Post can be sent only to the
verified billing address.
Your tickets will be delivered
by
regular mail and should be received no later than 5 business days prior
to your event.
If you require your tickets sooner, please select a
more appropriate delivery method.
If you
don't receive your
tickets within 5 business days of the event, please call Ticketmaster™
(204) 253-2787 for information on how to proceed. Choosing a
Ticketmaster™ Outlet pickup
for your order means that you can take your
confirmation number to a Ticketmaster™ Outlet
and have your tickets
printed for you on the spot.
Your tickets are not physically sent to the
outlets; your order is held electronically on the main ticket system. If you would like to use an
Outlet Pickup, you will only be able to pick up the tickets if you are
the person whose name
appears on the credit card used to make the purchase, and when you pick up the tickets you
present the credit card
that was used for the purchase, along with the confirmation number
and
valid government issued photo identification showing that you
are the
person whose
name appears on that credit card.
